Starting Position
1. Step onto the assisted chin-up machine and place your knees on the pad.
2. Grip the handles shoulder-width apart.
3. Keep your body straight and engage your core.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your arms to pull your body up until your chin is level with the handles.
2. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull your body up, and inhale as you lower your body down.
