Starting Position
1. Sit on a bench with your back straight and support your lower back.
2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lift them to shoulder height.
3. Keep your elbows slightly bent.
During the Exercise
1. Slowly lift the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
2. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift the dumbbells, and inhale as you lower them.
