Starting Position
1. Lie down on a bench with your back flat.
2. Place your feet flat on the floor.
3. Hold a dumbbell with both hands and extend your arms over your head.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows to slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head.
2. Keep your elbows fixed and extend your arms to return the dumbbell to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you lower the dumbbell, and exhale as you lift it back up.
